Spanish fire-cooking restaurant in Thonglor with a Japanese twist, around an open kitchen; MICHELIN-recognised since 2024. Fuego opened in 2023 on the second floor of The Taste Thonglor and cooks modern Spanish dishes with Japanese technique over live flame and binchotan. Guests sit around a counter facing the open kitchen, and the menu uses premium seafood, seasonal produce and citrus. Chef Roger Sole, born in Spain and trained in Barcelona and Tokyo, leads the kitchen. The MICHELIN Guide has recognised the restaurant since 2024.
